This policy explains what information Farmer Depot ("we", "us") collects through this website and the Krishi Anna service, why we collect it, and your choices. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about what we do.
Information we collect
- What you give us. When you sign up, use the demo, or contact us: your name, phone number or email, your role (farmer, distributor, partner, etc.), and optionally your crop and district. If you ask Krishi Anna a question, the text, voice note, or photo you send.
- Basic usage data. Standard, privacy-friendly analytics (e.g. pages visited) if enabled. We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To provide the service — including giving you crop advice tuned to your crop and area.
- To reply to you and tell you about Farmer Depot and relevant updates.
- To understand and improve how the service works.
We rely on your consent, given when you submit your details.

Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable follow-up, after which we delete or anonymise it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just reach out via the contact details below.
Children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
